Origin
My professional story started in Cristalina, Goiás, at the intersection of accounting and IT. I worked with IT operations, networks and business systems. At Americel in Brasília, I moved from finance into systems. Working with PeopleSoft Financial taught me early that technology only works when it understands how the business actually operates.
2001
In 2001, I moved into SAP on an ATL project, working with MM and CO. At BearingPoint and later Accenture, across major Oil & Gas programs for Petrobras Distribuidora, Petrobras and other operations, I deepened my experience in MM, SD, IS-OIL and Brazil Localization. That was where I learned how one functional decision could affect an entire operation.
Norway
At Statoil in Norway, a different challenge became clear. Global teams needed professionals who could combine Brazil Localization knowledge with the ability to work in English and explain why Brazilian requirements mattered inside an international rollout. I was doing more than translating language. I was translating business reality.
To make the solution work, I had to explain why Brazil required specific treatments, understand the global program and help people from different backgrounds reach the same decision. I realized that my role was not simply to configure SAP. It was to create the understanding people needed to decide together. That experience shaped a large part of the consultant I became.
2008
In 2008, I founded TargPoint Consulting to work with greater independence while keeping delivery close, clear and accountable. It became the business structure behind my consulting engagements and the partnerships I mobilize when a project requires additional expertise. Since then, my work has spanned implementations, global rollouts, AMS, S/4HANA, SAP DRC, external tax solutions and complex integration landscapes.
